Encore!  Encore!  Back by POPULAR DEMAND, Smoke on the Mountain is a wonderful blend of story, song, and comedy.  The musical is set in 1938 in the congregation of Mount Pleasant Church during their “first ever Saturday night sing”.  Pastor Oglethorpe is determined to move his flock into the modern world by inviting the singing Sanders Family to join him. During the evening, you’ll hear thirty bluegrass gospel tunes sung by the Sanders, from the beloved “Amazing Grace” to the less-known “Christian Cowboy”.  If you like ‘ol-timey gospel and good clean fun, you’re going to love Smoke on the Mountain!
