The Curious Savage

Wealthy Mrs. Ethel Savage, now widowed, is committed to a “sanitorium” by her greedy stepchildren so that they can get their hands on her huge estate.  Warm-hearted  Mrs. Savage, however,  has put the wealth into a charitable fund to help the less-fortunate realize their wildest hopes and dreams. In the sanitorium she meets a variety of social misfits who need exactly the kind of help Mrs. Savage can provide.  Her quirky but lovable new-found friends plot to help Mrs. Savage foil her selfish stepchildren and obtain her freedom. This touching comedy reminds us that life’s greatest rewards come in helping others.
